As you may know, we were poised to spend a lot of money on the middle 3 courts this year, until Gordon Willis came up with a cunning plan (and device) to rejuvenate them by breaking down the compaction and lifting the remaining pile up.
This seems to have been very successful, and we may get another 2 years out of them, allowing the club to build up the club's financial reserves to cover the replacement costs. I don't know about you, but I think these courts are playing better than they have for years.
